Refund Policy

Effective: May 3, 2026 · Z-Text Ltd

All Sales Final

All Z-Text software licenses are sold on a strictly final-sale basis. Once payment is confirmed on-chain and the signed receipt is delivered to your z-address, the transaction cannot be reversed and no refund will be issued — in whole or in part — for any reason.

Why No Refunds

This policy reflects how the product is delivered:

  • Payments are made in cryptocurrency (BTCZ, ZEC, BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT). Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design — there is no chargeback mechanism.
  • Receipts are signed cryptographically and delivered through shielded on-chain transactions. Once a receipt is broadcast, it cannot be rescinded or recalled.
  • Lifetime licenses are deliberately processed without retaining any customer-identifying data, so we have no way to identify a buyer after receipt delivery in order to refund them.
  • The free wallet build is fully functional for sending and receiving BTCZ. We encourage every customer to install the free version and confirm it works on their device before purchasing a paid license.

Failed Deliveries

If your payment confirms on-chain but no signed receipt is delivered to your z-address within 24 hours, contact us at [email protected] with your transaction ID. We will attempt redelivery. This is a delivery remedy — not a refund.

Mistaken Payments

We are not able to refund payments sent to the wrong address, in the wrong amount, on the wrong network, or after an invoice has expired. Please double-check the address, amount, and network shown in the invoice before broadcasting any transaction.
